The flowers are beautiful, but the delivery was NOT contact-less, as had been advertised. The delivery person knocked on my grandmother's door and handed the flowers to her. I hope that future deliveries can follow protocol and ensure the safety of the staff and of the people receiving the flowers. I hope my 91-year-old grandmother doesn't get sick because the delivery person couldn't remember to call and leave the flowers on her porch.
